Fees and Payment Policy

For PURCHASES:

For payments for purchases from the Butler Team managed clients,
we accept payment via a number of secure methods: EFT, Visa, MasterCard or PayPal.

FOR SELLERS:

The following information outlines the fees associated with using this service to sell your items

1. Types of Membership

There are 3 main types of membership: (please refer to terms and conditions for full details of membership structure).

Consumer Direct – where you pay to list each item – NO COMMISSIONS
Commercial Direct (Retailer, Designer service) – where the designer/manufacturer/stores purchases a 3 x twenty eight day subscription to load their own items and manage the sales process. When you purchase this bulk rate – the listing fees are lower per item - NO COMMISSIONS
Butler Service – here consumers provide designer ‘as new’ stock on consignment – and The Wardrobe Store manages the sales process for the member. Payment for this service is a percentage of the sales price. If the products do not sell, no fees are incurred for listing and managment of sales stock.

2. Fees

CONSUMER SERVICE – individual listings.
You have THREE options:

3. Payment of Listing Fees

Listing fees are paid before a listing goes live.
We accept payment via Visa or MasterCard via the SecurePay gateway and Paypal

Transactions on www.thewardrobestore.com are protected by the financial gateway Secure Pay which provides: Level 1 PCI Data Security Compliance. Hosted Payment and Direct API, Redundant E-Commerce Server Infrastructure, 24x365 Gateway monitoring, Verified by, Visa , MasterCard Secure Code. As with all Westpac’s customers we use a technology called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to communicate with Westpac and to ensure that all transactions are only conducted via the use of highly encrypted security mechanisms that Westpac provide.
