How to Sell

It's easy - it only takes about 2 minutes per item! Once you have logged in you will be presented with an easy to navigate menu bar – with the following tabs:


Refer last paragraph for full details on each tab.

There are 4 easy steps:

STEP 1: click 'LIST TO SELL' and complete item details

STEP 2: SET THE PRICE

  • LISTING PRICE: set the selling price
  • SALE PRICE: set the reduced price - which you can activate at anytime by pressing "discount" within your edit screen
  • ORIGINAL PRICE: What you paid for the item
  • DELIVERY Domestic and International. Delivery is paid for by the purchaser. You will need to decide how you plan to freight the goods to them and include the price within this section. If you choose Australia Post - you can pop on line here to check delivery costs.

STEP 3: LOAD IMAGES

  • Take 4 photos of your item.
  •  Preferred size is at least 600x450 pixels and no more than 200-300KB
  • Load in any order, then click on the SUN icon to select your hero shot.
You must click on SAVE DETAILS and CONTINUE TO STEP 4 to upload your pictures and save the information.

STEP 4: CONFIRM AND GO
After you've completed each item, please

  • Preview LISTING to confirm all details
  • Review the final listing fee
  • Click to agree with “ terms and conditions”  before finally choosing
  • LOAD to SELL NOW!

The 3 levels of listing fees offers the following benefits:

Basic Listing will be displayed as follows

Basic Load Benefits $5.50

One listing fee for 28 days.

only pay to load

Bold Listing will be displayed as follows

Basic + Bold Box  $6.60

Basic listing PLUS BLACK BOLD BOX

Featured Listing will be displayed as follows

Basic + Featured Listing $8.80

In Detail - "Navigating the Members Menu"

  1. Summary: This provides you with a summary of your account, specifically: Current purchases, Pending Items (waiting for you to make live), Discount review (items to discount post the initial 21 day full sale price), Due for Renewal (items that have not sold, that you may wish to list for sale for a further 28 days)
  2. List to sell: This is where you enter your item details to list an item to sell
  3. Pending Items: Once you load an item in list to sell and you click on "Save Details and move to step 4" your items move into pending until you LIST FOR SALE NOW. This is a handy place to store items that you want to upload but are not ready to make live.
  4. Current: you will find a list of all your ongoing LIVE items here – if you would like to edit any details, change the sell price etc, just pop in here.
  5. Expired: will show you all items that have been listed for more than 28 days and have not been authorised to be listed again for another 28 days. These items require a re-listing fee to make them live again. You may consider reviewing the details such as the sale price, photos or descriptions. When you are ready to list this again for sale, please click on RENEW
  6. Sold: will show you all the items you have sold, history, who bought them, and when, amount.
  7. Account: Holds your transactional history both credit and debit on your account across the history of your account.
  8. Profile: It is important that you complete your details here and make your profile viewable to the buyers. You MUST include your term and conditions of sale, this includes, payment methods and returns policy. You also have the opportunity to include information about yourself, shop, clothes brands etc that you have the option to make viewable to the purchaser.
  9. Favourites: This handy section allows you to select a category, sub category, designer or seller as a favourite – so that you can monitor when a new product is listed for sale. Look out for the “make favourite” button on the top right banner of each section and the “add to my wish list feature” on each item – to have this added to your profile.

WHAT TO DO WHEN YOUR ITEM SELLS.

1. When your item has sold, you'll receive an email alert which will contain the title of the piece sold, the buyer’s name, address and their registered email. You will also be informed of the buyer’s chosen payment method. Please contact them directly to manage the transfer of this payment so that you can fulfil the sale.

2. The item will then automatically move from Current to Sold (within your member menu).
