HOW TO BUY DESIGNER CLOTHES
Getting started
1. Simply, register as a Member – it is FREE!
2. Select your category of interest from the left hand buttons and pop into the subcategory that appeals to you.
3.When you find the item you love – don’t wait – there are NO AUCTIONS – click to secure it immediately! Click on ‘BUY IT NOW” and follow the payment steps…
"Buy – it Now” Process!
1. Once you have clicked on “Buy it Now” you will be presented with a summary screen where you will need to confirm the item price and shipping price. Click on the tick boxes to confirm these details.
2. Click “save” to purchase the item and your offer to purchase will be sent to the seller. You will notice the item is immediately marked as “Sale in Progress". (*Please ensure you have read the sellers terms and conditions of sale including their returns policy).
3. The seller’s payment options will be displayed on screen, so you can choose from the available options to make your payment.
4. An Order Summary will be sent to the email address specified on your Registration Form from TWS on behalf of the seller. The Order Summary will also be automatically posted in your “Account” section on the Website. Upon receipt of the Order Summary, you will have the details required to complete the payment to the seller.
5. Once you have sent the payment to the seller, you can use the “Mark as Paid” button to acknowledge you have sent the payment and to inform the seller. The seller will then acknowledge payment and update you with a shipped date.
6. Your purchases are also listed in your member’s area “Summary” page. You can update the status on these orders and view payment information through this area. Email notifications will be sent daily to you if you need to take action on any of your purchases.
