DELIVERY OF GOODS and FREIGHT CHARGES

In Summary
The Wardrobe Store has carefully chosen its freight forwarding partners to ensure you receive your items safely and quickly. We will deliver your goods within 3-5 working days to the address stated on the order.

We use 2 suppliers: Australian Air Express and Australia Post registered mail. Fees are dependent on the weight and destination of the goods. Prices are listed within the individual item description.

It is VITAL that you supply a delivery address where the article will be received by a person that can sign for it.  If the location is not attended, unfortunately – the redelivery charge of $8.00 will need to be paid for by you.


Specifically, please note the following re delivery of goods:
1. Delivery Address IMPORTANCE
  • Deliveries require a signature to confirm receipt
  • You must supply an address where someone can SIGN for it between (9am and 3pm weekdays)
  • If no one is able to sign, the parcel will be redirected, this incurs a fee. This is an automatic charge imposed by the courier company and must be paid by you. The fee of $8.00 will be paid by you through your  selected method of payment i.e. credit card or PayPal. You must ensure that the goods are sent to a delivery address where the goods can be receipted and signed for between 9am- 3pm weekdays.
2. TWS will use its best endeavours to ensure that shipping occurs within 3-5 business days from the date that your payment is received by TWS.
3. It is important that you supply a delivery address or Post Office Box address where the parcel can be receipted during normal business hours to avoid this incremental charge that will be paid by you.
4. Redelivery charges will be the responsibility of the purchaser and will be automatically debited from the debit card facility provided. You acknowledge and agree that TWS does not need to contact the purchaser to do this.
5. You must give a written acknowledgement upon delivery of the goods.
6. You will be sent a link to Australian Air Express or Australian Post to enable you to check the current status of your shipment
7. It is the responsibility of the purchaser of goods to observe any import or exportation laws that may be applicable in their jurisdiction and the Website accepts no liability for actions arising there from.
8. Once goods have been assigned to the freight forwarding suppliers, TWS accepts no responsibility for any loss of goods, during the delivery process.
9. If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason we will notify you within two business days.


Shipping Bundles for BUTLER managed stock.

When you buy more than one item on the same day, from BUTLER managed clients – where the items are held at the warehouse, if appropriate we will bundle your goods to reduce your shipping fees. In this case – you will be credited the excess amount paid. For example – if you buy jeans and a top and the total freight weight is less that 3kg, the items will be mailed together - and you will be credited the additional shipping fee.
