On receipt of your goods, they will be reviewed for inclusion in the site. Items that do not fit the criteria of designer brand, or are dirty or torn, damaged etc that deems them unfit for sale will not be loaded onto the site. You have 1 of 2 choices with regard to these items: either they can be donated to charity (we will manage this for you) or they can be returned to you, via pre-paid courier. Please nominate your preferred option:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT:
1. Each item is my own absolute property.
2. TWS is appointed my selling agent.
3. TWS is entitled to retain one half of the proceeds as commission.
4. If any item is not sold after the selling period, (or returned via prepaid return courier 14 days post notification), you are hereby authorised to sell the good/s at such a reduced price, or donate to charity as TWS sees fit to dispose of the goods.
