New York State of Mind! Carrie would love our store which is jam packed with amazing Designer brands, Celebrity "once-worns", Manolo Blaniks, Jimmy Choo shoes, Chanel, Dior, bags, Dolce & Gabanna sunglasses, and more!
Though we started as an upmarket online E-Bay website, we quickly moved to answer all the Fashionista's who knocked on our warehouse door and opened our first boutique 10 months ago - 127 York Street, Sydney, opposite the QVB.
The Wardrobe Store is thriving little Soho in the heart of the Sydney CBD which carries over 3,000 stock items, LBD's, designer heels, handbags, accessories, jackets, dresses, coats, fabulous knits and a HOT Just Arrived rack...regulars know to run to the back of the store to see what goodies have just arrived! We received over 300 new items a week instore, and load upto 100 new items online each week.
Online you can click away in the comfort of your bedroom and buy and sell fabulous designer brands - we promote sustainable living by encouraging all Fashionista's to share their gorgeous fashion items around. If you are no longer wearing an item, and it fitst our SELLERS PROFILE, then you can load it on the website to sell, OR you can call our Butler service to drop by and pick it up. Our Butler service is currenlty only available in Sydney, but we will have this service up and running in Adelaide by June 2010.

The Founders - Our Story
Liz Courtney& Tonia Port
Liz Courtney and Tonia Port are 2 working mothers whose wardrobe’s have changed inline with changing careers, children, hobbies and lifestyle. Through this journey – they stumbled across a universal truth – clothes play a major role in making us feel good, providing us with confidence – and hence, make us look good. Yet overtime – not all our clothes do this. In fact 80% of our clothes usually sit idle – as they no-longer compliment us or our life path.
The Wardrobe Store was created to provide an avenue to BUY and SELL clothes that are new or nearly new – perhaps you bought if for a function and did not go, have worn it once, changed your mind about it, lost weight, revving up your style or more!
The Wardrobe Store is a Fashionista's Dream - Celebrity and Designer brands.. at prices around 40% of their original RRP, under two years old and in mint condition, some still with tags on! Both Liz and Tonia have been in business for years and they have hit on a real and demanded consumer need.
